Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Coco Nails, we are dedicated to providing each client with a bespoke and unhurried experience. To honour the time of both our valued guests and our talented team, we kindly ask that all clients observe the following policy.

Please Book 3–5 Days in Advance

To ensure our team is fully prepared and every client receives the best possible experience, all appointments must be booked at least 3 days before your desired visit date. Same-day and next-day bookings are not accepted under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding — plan ahead and we'll make sure everything is perfect for you.

Advance Booking

All appointments must be booked a minimum of 3–5 days in advance. Same-day and next-day bookings are not accepted.

Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This is applied toward your final balance.

Cancellation Notice

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another guest.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedules with fewer than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your booking deposit. We appreciate your understanding.
